I used frequency separation, gaussian blur and texture brushes to:

smooth all the skin areas.
shape the eyebrows and fill additional eyebrows.
alter the shape, contouring and colour of lip and eye makeup.
cleared away all flyaway hair.
enhanced highlights on eyes/cheeks/hair.
used dodge and burn to accentuate shaping of face.
