Women’s Super League Trophies.
These images form part of the FA’s stock library of trophy images to use for various publishing purposes. As well as cleaning up, all of these sorts of images are cutout so that they can easily be placed onto a variety of different backgrounds.
In addition to cleaning up the tarnishing on the chrome work, the bases of the trophies were largely recreated artificially, this was dues to the tarnishing and the nature of the curvature reflecting the whole of the studio environment.
In some cases, I try to find an illustrator file and recreate parts of the logo, this was the case with the ‘3 lions’ part of the Challenge Cup. You can see some before and after samples in the links below.
